Daxishui Villa

Daxishui villa is located in Beijing Jinhai Lake Scenic Area in Pinggu District of Beijing. It is located on a peninsula of East Lake of Jinhai lake. Tomb of Princess Jinhua

The tomb of Princess Jinhua was built in the reign of emperor Zhangzong of Jin Dynasty (1190-1201). The princess was the daughter of emperor Zhangzong of Jin Dynasty. She was born smart and beautiful. Unfortunately, when she was in her infancy, she died and died. Zhang Zong was very sad, so he sent someone to dig a cave in the mountain. Four copper rings were used to hang the coffin and lead the river water flowing under it. When the reservoir was built in 1958, the migrant workers found a gold hairpin and a bunch of red tassels in the cave. These two relics are the certificates left by the young princess. Because the original site of the reservoir was destroyed in 1958, the tomb of Princess Jinhua was rebuilt in 1986.
