Lanyin Villa

Lanyin mountain, located in the southwest of Lanxi City, is composed of Lanyin mountain, revolutionary martyrs memorial site and mustard garden, covering an area of 2.86 square kilometers. Lanyin mountain, 140 meters above sea level, is named for its abundant orchids in ancient times. It cuts across the river and looks like a black dragon, also known as Hengshan. Mountain climbing overlooks Tianchou in the south, yunshuyan village in the south, hills in the north, and the sky in the distance. Overlooking the three rivers, thousands of sails are flying. At night, Zhongzhou fishing fire, candlelight reflection, beautiful. On the west side is Lanyin temple, which was built in the Yuan Dynasty. In front of the temple, there are four characters of "deep blue shade" carved on cliffs, with the inscription of "the 15th emperor of Guiyue in the 14th year of Zhengde". "Lanyinchunhu" is one of the eight sceneries of Lanxi. In front of it, there is a worker's rest home. The environment of the home is quiet and elegant, and the trees are full of shade. The buildings, platforms, pavilions and trees are unique. On the southern ridge, there is a "Julita" towering into the clouds. It has nine floors and eight sides, with a spiral ladder inside. The top level is picked up. Looking around, you can have a panoramic view of urban and rural scenery. There are yingxianmen, Xiantan, shenguiyan and other scenic spots on the top of Linjiang mountain. There is Lingyuan jiqinghou temple, commonly known as Hengshan temple, on the east foot. It was first built in the second year of Liu Songtai's reign and rebuilt in the sixth year of Tongzhi's reign in the Qing Dynasty. Zhengde's Lanxi County annals was compiled in this temple and listed as the key cultural relics protection unit of Lanxi City in 1985. In the northeast of Lanyin mountain, there is a monument and memorial hall for the revolutionary martyrs in Lanxi City. It is one of the patriotic education bases in Lanxi City and the only memorial place for the revolutionary martyrs in the city. At the eastern foot of Lanyin mountain, there is mustard garden, a memorial for Li Yu, a drama theorist, dramatist and novelist of the Qing Dynasty. Since the opening up, experts and scholars from more than ten countries and regions, such as Japan, France, Germany and South Korea, have come to visit. It has gradually become a must for people and tourists to visit Li Yu.
