Wuyun mountain

Wuyun mountain is the third mountain in the West Lake Group, with an altitude of more than 300 meters. It is said that it is named after the five colored clouds circling the top of the mountain. Others say that there are five wells in the Zhenji temple on the top of the mountain (there are only three left today). In the wells, you can see the reflection of clouds in the sky. They have different shapes, so they are named. In fact, the location of the mountain is between the Qiantang River and the West Lake, with abundant water vapor; the temperature difference between the mountain and the mountain is obvious, forming mountain clouds, which will be gorgeous after strong sunlight. There are pavilions on the hillside and couplets: "the long dyke cuts through the whole lake, and the word bisects the two Zhejiang mountains.". In addition to three ancient wells, there is also a ginkgo tree, which is 1400 years old and 21 meters high. It is known as "No.1 ancient tree in Hangzhou". From the top of Wuyun mountain, you can cross langdangling mountain and Shifeng mountain to Tianzhu and Lingyin. Yunqi is located at the foot of Wuyun mountain in the southwest of West Lake. It is said that colorful clouds from Wuyun mountain often stay here, so it is called yunqi. Yunqi temple was built in the Five Dynasties. Among them, there are riyao peak, baodaolong, Qinglong spring, Shengyi spring, Jinye spring and biguanfeng.
