Jiading bamboo carving Museum

Jiading bamboo carving museum is located in Zhouqiao old street of Jiading, with an exhibition area of more than 500 square meters. 120 exhibits are from Shanghai Museum, Jiading Museum and personal collection. Apart from a small number of Ming Dynasty works, most of them are fine Qing Dynasty works. Using the new technology of "holographic imaging", the museum interprets the three-dimensional effect of Jiading bamboo carvings by means of floating in the air and omni-directional three-dimensional image display, and creates the appropriate method of flower clay control to ensure the safety of cultural relics exhibition. In May 2006, Jiading bamboo carving was listed in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.
