Jinqiao Park

Jinqiao park is the second largest park in Pudong New Area. The natural environment in the park is beautiful and suitable for parent-child travel. Children and the elderly enjoy themselves. Fishing people can be seen everywhere in the park. Children play in the woods and children's Park. Besides, camping and picnics are also a good choice. Jinqiao Park

Jinqiao park is the second largest park in Pudong New Area of Shanghai. It is located in the famous Jinqiao area, adjacent to jinqiaowan residential area. The park is adjacent to Taierzhuang road in the East, Jiaodong road in the south, Pingdu road in the West and Jinqiao community large-scale activity center in the north. The whole design layout is reasonable, the transportation is convenient, the scenery is beautiful, and the surrounding new buildings are integrated into one, which makes it interesting.

Introduction to scenic spots

Jinqiao park is another key garden project in Pudong New Area after the Central Park, which is designed by Pudong New Area Landscape Design Institute. In the design scheme, Garden Road, ground type, sketch and a large number of species of plants are used as the design language to form the sightseeing area with different functions; at the same time, different species of plant belts are used for functional zoning, combined with the change of terrain, tall trees such as Cedrus, Zelkova, Magnolia grandiflora are planted as landscape tree species to enrich the landscape and activity space.

Jinqiao park is characterized by autumn foliage plants, and strives to create a unique landscape that is compatible with the landscape of Jinqiao area. As the park is located in the residential area, it naturally forms the "green lung" of the city. Improving the environmental conditions will surely make a strong contribution to the "bluer sky, greener ground and clearer water" of Jinqiao area. Jinqiao park is built by Jinqiao City Management Department. The planned land area is 100 hectares, 370 meters long from north to South and 320 meters wide from east to west. The project took one year and was officially completed and opened to the public on December 28, 2000. The park is a large-scale public green space integrating leisure, entertainment, sightseeing and fitness.
