Located at the northern foot of Yushan Mountain, it was built in the fourth year of Taiping Xingguo in the Northern Song Dynasty and renovated in 1995. There is an ancient ginkgo tree of the Song Dynasty in the hall, which is called "dragon tree". In front of the tree is the tomb of dragon mother. In the northwest of the hall is Ruishi stream, which is more than 100 meters long. There is Ruishi at the top of the stream, which is as big as a house. One and a half of it is out of the cliff, also known as "falling stone stream". Beside the stone, there is a clear spring, which is like a dripping Dendrobium. It is called "water curtain cave" ”The pool water is also known as "drinking spring". Longdian scenic area has unique natural scenery and is a famous tourist attraction.

There is another legend in the Longdian scenic area: it is said that the Sanfeng Longdian of Yushan in the north of Changshu City is the place where the little white snake was born by the Yu family of Li family in bailongdun. Once upon a time, the son of the Li family married the Yu family and gave birth to a little white snake in October. In his anger, his father-in-law threw it into the river. But every time Yu goes to the river to wash rice and wash clothes, the little white snake has to swim to milk. After a long time, the little white snake grows into a white dragon. But Yu is scolded by his parents in law and despised by his neighbors. In a rage, Yu takes a kitchen knife and wants to kill the little white dragon. Because he was born by himself, he can't bear to do it and cuts off his tail. The little white dragon rolls on the spot in pain. In a moment, he becomes a dragon When xiaobailong woke up, he found that his mother had been buried in the mound and was heartbroken, so he jumped into the air and flew eastward. From Meili to Zhitang River, he swam back and formed 72 Piao Niang Bay. Every year during the Qingming Festival, the dutiful son bald tail dragon goes to the Dragon hall pier to offer sacrifices to his mother.
