Jiji building is located in Meicheng City, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province. It is located in the "Jiji building" (under the jurisdiction of cheshang village, Chengjiang Town, Meixian District, Meizhou City) under the administrative construction area of Meizhou city. It is the founder of "Chen Fuyuan exchange village" in Meixian district. It started construction in 1936 and took 10 years. It was completed in 1946. This residential building is a two-story building with three halls, six horizontals and one pillow bar.

Jiji building is located in Chengjiang Town, Meixian District, Guangdong Province. It is 96 meters wide from north to South and 105 meters deep from east to west. It has 235 rooms, 20 halls, 18 patios and a construction area of 10800 square meters. The buildings of Jiji building use tall stone columns and cement columns, stone or cement doors and windows, the patio is bordered with stone, the hall is paved with red bricks, and the carved beams and painted buildings are magnificent and elegant, traditional and fresh. This typical Hakka building in the 1930s is a rich Hakka residence worthy of appreciation and research. It is undoubtedly a footfall for scholars studying Hakka, especially young city dwellers. The center is divided into eight exhibition areas: Hakka origin, Hakka History and hundred surnames in the first area; wood carving and root carving crafts in the second area; Shuiche kiln, ancient ceramics and Cultural Revolution collections on the first floor in the third area; Ming and Qing furniture in the fourth area; porcelain in the fifth area; Hakka living utensils in the sixth area; ancient clocks and miscellaneous articles in the seventh area; Hakka costumes, embroidery and calligraphy and painting on the first floor in the eighth area. It is a large two-story residential building with three halls, six floors and one pillow bar, surrounded by walls. It has many halls and patios, commonly known as nine halls and eighteen wells, with 218.5 rooms. It takes a day for a person to close and open the windows and doors of a room.

The layout is divided into three halls along the central axis: upper hall, middle hall and lower hall. There are symmetrical four chambers on the left and right sides of the hall. There are six bar horizontal rooms on the left and right sides, and each bar horizontal room has two upper and lower patios, a hall and upper and lower corridors. The back pillow bar is like a courtyard In the middle garden, on the right side and in front of Heping, there are miscellaneous buildings and three sun drying houses on the right side. One bar is called "auxiliary bar". Architecture is very particular, with the characteristics of various residential buildings.

There is a couplet engraved on the hall of "Jiji building". "Lianyun" creates a few difficult and happy today's hall, constructs a view of Yan's wings, and plans for the world's prosperity; the continuation of Chuangyi tells us that Jiqiu keshao, a descendant of Chuangyi, is willing to make a great contribution to his family. "This couplet was written by Chen Zonghai, President of Xishan public school when the building was completed.
