Jiangwan Sports Park, located at 245 Songhu Road, Shanghai, is a large entertainment place with complete facilities, novel and unique.

brief introduction

The park is integrated with Jiangwan Stadium, covering an area of 25.4 hectares. There are more than 20 kinds of amusement projects in the park. Among them, there is the largest "wave making circulation swimming pool" in China, which can hold 4000 people each time. There is a large-scale three ring pulley imported from Japan and a 180 degree ball screen film jointly operated by Shanghai and Hong Kong. Four military aircraft of the air force in Shanghai are parked on the domestic square. The aviation knowledge in grandstand No.2 includes material objects, pictures and materials, which is a collection of aviation knowledge from all over the world.

The park also has a buffet, fast food restaurant, guest house, parking lot, etc.

history

In 1958, Jiangwan Stadium was incorporated into Shanghai Institute of physical education.

At the end of 1959, the Jiangwan Stadium was still under the management of the Municipal Sports Commission.

It was incorporated into Shanghai Physical Education School in 1961.

In the spring of 1964, due to the closure of sports schools, Jiangwan Stadium resumed its independent system. During the "Cultural Revolution", the Shanghai Revolutionary Committee ordered the Municipal Sports Committee in April 1974 to abolish the Jiangwan Stadium and incorporate it into the May 7th sports cadre training class.

In 1977, the Municipal Sports Commission resumed the establishment of Jiangwan Stadium. The opening ceremony of the 5th National Games in 1983 was held here.

In the autumn of 1984, the Municipal Sports Commission approved the construction of Jiangwan sports park.

By 1988, Jiangwan Stadium had set up six departments including administration, business, operation, recreation, people's Insurance and office, with a staff of 200.
