Ampere is an integral part of the Bund. The building was built in 1907. The main body of the building is in the style of British classicism. It is a brick wood mixed structure. The facade of the building is divided into three sections, some of which are decorated with classical symbols. The windows on each floor are of different shapes. The middle of the third floor is decorated with round windows. The building is mainly built with fair faced red bricks. There are large balconies on both sides. The height of each floor is more than 4 meters. In the interior of the building, there are still exquisitely decorated stairs, railings and handrails.
