Motan village is located in the northeast of Dawu Town, close to the wharf of Hefei port under construction, and the port dredging road leads directly to the village. At present, there are 1368 people and 332 households. The village Party branch has three party groups with 41 members. There are 10 villager groups under the village committee. The total area of the village is 3890 mu, including 2818 mu of cultivated land, 438 mu of forest land, 131 mu of water area and 503 mu of residential land.

Industrialization promotes agriculture

Rich farmers in industrialization

At present, there are nearly 300 construction workers in Motan village in Hefei all the year round, with a per capita daily wage of 80-100 yuan, and an annual total income of 20000 yuan; more than 200 local workers in leading agricultural enterprises and small enterprises, with a per capita daily wage of 50 yuan, and an annual total income of 10000 yuan. In the past two years, through the income from labor and land transfer, the per capita net income of farmers in Motan village is more than 2000 yuan higher than that of surrounding villages, reaching nearly 7000 yuan.

Urbanization and rural reconstruction
