Yuefei's hometown is located in Chenggang village, 16 kilometers east of Tangyin county. According to historical records, this is the birthplace of Yue Fei. It is said that after Yue Fei was killed, the villagers scattered, and then the village was flooded. In the early Ming Dynasty, Cheng family, who moved from Shanxi Province, lived and multiplied here, so it was named Chenggang because of its abrupt terrain. In the middle of Ming Dynasty, after the establishment of Yuefei temple in Tangyin County, people in the village also built a temple in the west of the village, which was called "the former residence of King Yue e", and erected several stone tablets. In the form of Yuefei temple in the county seat, it faces south from the north, with main hall, East and West Wing rooms, ancestral Pavilion, xiao'e temple, etc. After leaving Yuefei's former residence, you can visit his first tomb, which is located in the west of nanzhouliu village, 11 kilometers east of Tangyin County, where his great grandfather, grandfather and father are buried, covering an area of more than 10 mu.
