Yancheng Youth Park is one of the key projects of one river and fourteen parks in the metropolitan area. It is located in the east of Tongyu River, west of Tianshan Road, south of Yingbin Avenue and north of Tinghu Avenue. Youth Park is located in the middle of Youth Street in Shenhe District, at the foot of Shenyang color TV Tower. It was built in 1952, covering an area of 290000 square meters, including 150000 square meters of water.

The main scenic spots in the park are Guanrong mountain and Chenchi. In 1999, more than 200 deer, pigeons, guinea fowls, turkeys, monkeys and birdcages were scattered in the garden. In 2000, another 10000 square meters of natural flowing stream was rebuilt in the scenic area. The peace clock presented by Japan is very popular among tourists. The plants in the garden have distinct seasons and are scattered in an orderly way. All kinds of plastic trees have different shapes and are lifelike. Youth Park is located in the west section between Jingliu road and Jingqi road. It is the center of Huaiyin District, adjacent to Weiqi road in the East and Weiba road in the west, covering an area of 32000 square meters. The park was originally a training ground for warlords. In May 1928, it was opened as a special park by the Japanese expatriate Organization (resident militia). In March 1934, the Japanese army built the "monument of loyal souls" in the garden, which was completed in November of that year to beautify the 157 Japanese aggressors who died in the 1928 Jinan massacre. "Monument of loyal soul" became the only building in the park at that time. After the victory of the Anti Japanese war in 1945, the KMT government changed the name of the park to "Victory Park" and changed the handwriting on the "monument of loyal souls" to "memorial tower of the soldiers killed in the Anti Japanese War" (the monument and its base were removed in the early period of the "Cultural Revolution"). After the liberation of Jinan on September 24, 1948, the Jinan municipal Party committee of the New Democratic Youth League entered the park and changed "Victory Park" into "Youth Park". Flowers and trees are planted all over the park, and monkey houses are built, with children's amusement equipment such as slides, swivel chairs and pressure plates. During the "Cultural Revolution", the Youth Park was seriously damaged, the garden facilities were demolished, and there were few trees left. 1981

To carry out reconstruction. In 1985, there were nearly 100 Pinus tabulaeformis and paulownia trees, flower beds and green belts of various shapes in the youth park. The Boulevard composed of green belts divides the park into East and west parts. The eastern part is a tourist area, covering an area of 17000 square meters, with 1484 trees and shrubs of 41 species, such as cedar, gingko and pomegranate; pomegranate trees are planted all over shibaotu mountain; there are bamboo forests, gardens, flower racks, flower corridors and flower pavilions in the garden; three ginkgo trees with a chest circumference of more than 1 meter have elegant leaves and rich fruits; two Robinia pseudoacacia trees are planted on both sides of the north gate, which are unique to Jinan gardens. In 1952, the west half of the Youth Park was turned into a stadium, covering an area of 15000 square meters. There are 250 meter round track and 100 meter straight track, long jump, high jump bunker, throwing field, horizontal bar, parallel bar and other sports equipment; the south side of the stadium is a light court, surrounded by stands that can accommodate more than 3000 people, which can play basketball, volleyball and other games. Jinan Huaiyin District Sports Committee is located in the south of the stadium. There is a "civil air defense" project under the park.
