Asian geographic center

--The geographical center of the Asian continent, referred to as "Yaxin", is located at 87 ° 19'52 E and 43 ° 40'37 n, which refers to the equilibrium point within the Asian continent.

--The core of the scenic spot is the Yaxin tower. The stainless steel ball on the top of the Tower represents the earth. There is a center perpendicular under the steel ball, which is straight to the heart of the Asian miniature map in the center of the tower base, indicating the location of the "Yaxin".

--More than 20 meters high, the gate of eagle spread its wings, the Yaxin square with a round sky, and the stone totem and wood, which symbolize the cultural crystallization of 49 Asian countries, can be described as the concentration of international customs.

--From Yaxin, which stands at an altitude of 1280 meters, you can see Bogda ice peak in the East, Tianshan Mountains in the south, Toutun River torrent in the West and Junggar Basin in the north, which gives you a sense of mystery.

--The only thing to note is that there is a wind outlet about 6km away from Urumqi. The city is calm, and there are often snowstorms here.

Traffic information: the Asian geographical center is located in baojiacaozi village, Yongfeng Township, 30km southwest of Urumqi.

Bus: take a bus from Renmin Road Zhongqiao passenger station in Urumqi to Yongfeng Township, about 40 minutes.

Chartered bus: there is a tourist chartered bus distribution center at the north gate of the people's Park. You can visit Yaxin on the way by taking the bus to Glacier No.1.
