Shao Ethnic Cultural Village

--In the area of Riyuetan in Nantou County, there is a magical aboriginal ethnic group. They make a living by fishing, hunting, farming and mountain forest collection. This is the Shao ethnic group, which is little known by our compatriots in China.

--Academic circles have been debating whether the ethnic group should belong to the Zou nationality. In 2001, the Taiwan government officially recognized the Shao nationality as an indigenous tribe.

--Now, with the help of the government, the Shao people have built a Shao culture village by the Sun Moon Lake for tourists to visit and enjoy the rich and colorful Shao culture.
