Taiping mountain primeval forest park

--Taiping mountain forest is located in Datong Township, Ilan County. In the early days, it was famous for its abundant cypress. The mountain area covers an area of more than 1200 hectares. The plant distribution of the forest can be divided into subtropical forest, warm temperate forest and cold temperate forest. The four seasons show different styles.

--There are primeval forests, high mountains, lakes, valleys, waterfalls, geothermal and other landscapes in the scenic area. There are hiking trails between the forests. The trails are lined with trees on both sides, with dense branches and leaves, and are full of strange shaped trees.

--Beautiful scenery, cool climate, is a summer resort. If you are lucky, you can see a beautiful sunrise and sea of clouds. You can enjoy maple in autumn and winter.

Transportation information: take the bus: take Taiqi passenger transport from Ilan to Taiping mountain, and get off at the terminal station.
