Qingzhiwu

According to historical records, there were villages in qingzhiwu area of Yuquan village since Jin Dynasty. It is called qingzhiwu in volume 5 of Wulin anecdotes of the Southern Song Dynasty. Qingzhiwu has a long history, beautiful scenery and numerous farmhouses. Bai Juyi's "Zhanzhan jade spring color, long floating cloud body" recites qingzhiwu. Qingzhiwu is also one of the ten sceneries of the West Lake. It is the entrance to tanmei of Lingfeng. At the entrance is qingliutang, the landmark landscape of qingzhiwu. There are curved bridges, pavilions, lotus pools, landscape barges, waterfront platforms and other details. A breeze blowing over the water, lotus blossoms and weeping willows on the bank are suitable for both movement and stillness, a bit of the flavor of wind lotus in Quyuan.

The village road is widened to 12 meters, and the sidewalks on both sides are all paved with bluestone slabs, which has the feeling of ancient stone lanes. At the edge of the village road, there is also a small stream drawn from tanmei of Lingfeng.

All 176 farmhouses in qingzhiwu have been rebuilt, with white walls, black tiles, flowers and vines, and small open courtyards.

The Hangzhou government renovated the qingzhiwu area in order to restore the thousand year old charm of qingzhiwu's poems and paintings in Jiangnan.
