Jingwei Street
Jingwei street is a road in Daoli District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. The terrain of the road is higher in the southeast and lower in the northwest. The highest point of the road is at the junction with Jihong street. In 1899, the road was opened to traffic. Because the street was inclined, it was named twill street. In 1925, it was renamed West Jingwei street. In 1946, it was changed to its current name. In order to improve road congestion and other problems, the section of Jingwei street from Xinyang Road to engineering street has been changed to one-way traffic since June 15, 2010.
