China Academy of oil painting, subordinate to China Academy of art, is a national art institution integrating oil painting creation, research and teaching. Founded on September 26, 2007, China oil painting academy is the first national oil painting academy since the founding of the people's Republic of China.

The president of China Academy of oil painting is Professor Yang Feiyun, a famous contemporary Chinese oil painter and doctoral supervisor. The special art consultants are Mr. Wu Guanzhong, Mr. Jin Shangyi, Mr. Zhan Jianjun, Mr. Zhu naizheng, Mr. Zhong Han and Mr. Shao Dazhen.

Academic structure
