Smithfield Public Library (English: Smithfield Public Library) is a small library managed by the Hong Kong Public Library System under the leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government. It is located on the third floor of Smithfield Road municipal building, 12K Smithfield Road, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong Island. It was opened on August 16, 1996. It is the only small library in central and western areas.
