The forest sea at the bottom of the valley is 5 kilometers east of Changbai mountain ice rink and north of Dongtian waterfall. The valley wall is 50-60 meters high, and the trees are divided into three layers. This crater forest is called valley bottom forest sea, commonly known as underground forest. The valley bottom is 2500-3000 meters long from north to south, with many coniferous forests. It is one of the important landscapes of Changbai Mountain and the first scenic spot after entering the mountain from the north line.

The valley bottom forest is the lowest scenic spot in Changbai Mountain. Standing at the edge of the valley bottom forest, you can have a panoramic view of the whole valley bottom forest, and you can smell the unique fresh smell of the forest at the nose. At the bottom of the valley, there are forests and green waves, ancient trees and huge stones. There are natural stone steps on the east wall to go down to the bottom of the valley. When you enter the sun blocking virgin forest, you can see the moss and lichen attached to the rocks. You can hear the murmur of the White River by your ear, which is mysterious and quiet.

There is a natural green treasure house at the bottom of Changbai mountain valley. The trees are deep and beautiful, showing the natural beauty of slovenness and the wild beauty of blood. The clouds and smoke are shrouded, like an old painting that is not well preserved.
