Introduction to scenic spots

Yuhuangmiao is located in the east of Yuhuangmiao village, Jiaobei Town, Jiaozhou City. It is named after the worship of the Jade Emperor. The temple was built in the early Tang Dynasty. Since the temple was built, it has been full of incense. There is a record in the historical records of Jiaozhou that "since the temple was built, the incense was very popular, and there was an endless stream of people who wanted to sign for incense.". Later, due to war and other reasons, the temple went through several storms and was in disrepair all the year round, and the statues in the temple were damaged. The Yuhuang temple was rebuilt in April 2009. The scale of the new temple has been greatly expanded, covering an area of 26667 square meters, with a construction area of more than 1500 square meters and a total investment of 20 million yuan. The front of the temple is built with a mountain gate. The main hall in the mountain gate is the Jade Emperor hall, the three churches and the Dharma hall in turn. The East chamber is the hall of wealth God, the hall of chanting Buddha and the hall of pharmacists in turn. The west chamber is the hall of sending off children, the hall of Guanyin, the hall of Niangniang and the hall of lay monks in turn.
