Guankeng Village

Guankeng is one of the most beautiful villages in Wuyuan. It is connected with the beautiful mountains and lakes, and the beautiful scenery of Jiangling. It has a profound cultural heritage, natural scenery like small bridges and flowing water, and many moving legends. Entering guankeng is like entering a rare landscape painting. It's worth noting that it's also a hiking route. The route from guankeng to Lingjiao has beautiful natural scenery and is the location of huirao ancient road.

Guankeng Village

Guankeng village is a remote mountain village at the junction of Southern Anhui and northern Jiangxi. It extends to the former site of guankengkou in the East, Jiangcun, Zhongcun and wutoushan in the south, lukangling and lingjiaoshan in the West and Jueling mountain in the north.

History of village construction

2. The origin of the name of the village: Hong Jinglun and ziquanyou migrated to Guanyuan (now guankeng) in Wuyuan after 783 A.D. in the Dezong Dynasty of the Tang Dynasty. The reason is that they lived in Guanyuan (now guankeng) under the name of an official. It has a moral that their children and grandchildren have been promoted to the rank of nobility like Shi hongjinglun.

3. When the village was built: it is said that the surnames of Yu, Zhu and Han were early, and gradually declined after the Hong family moved. Unfortunately, they have all moved away, but there are old sites, so the three surnames can not be found. Therefore, it can only start with the surname Hong, that is, 783 A.D., which is more than 1220 years ago.

2. Ecological environment: covering an area of 33120 mu, the village is surrounded by layers of green hills. Jueshui and Taoxi rivers pass through the village and merge into one at the temple base. The river flows to guankengkou and Yicun and flows into gaoshanpinghu, which is the largest water source. There are camphor, sandalwood, pine, fir, osmanthus, maple and stone. There are too many ancient stones, ancient chestnut, ancient pine and ancient trees in Houlong mountain to calculate. Qingshuikou also has a "jiebin stone" surrounded by several people. There are many mountains and forests in this area, which are suitable for all kinds of animals. There are all kinds of pheasants of different colors and sizes, as well as migratory birds and swallows that are found all the year round. They live in the bird's nest stone in the East Mountain, such as sparrow, sparrow, Artemisia annua, Rhododendron, thrush, warbler and Kingfisher. Wild boar, raccoon pig, hare, bobcat, weasel, swallow, bear, goat, squirrel...... Wait for the crowds to come and go.

1. Building type: an ancient tomb in the heart of hongjinglun tomb, with an area of 29.9 * 19.4 = 566.48 square meters, is a large tomb for successive generations of the ancestor, with dozens of people. Qinglian nunnery covers an area of 577.67 square meters and has a history of more than 600 years. There are also the ancestral halls of Hong, Jueshan, Yunqin, Qingzhi, Renyi, the upper and lower hall houses of Wang, and the ancestral hall of Shuikou. There are many stone bridges, Bajiaoting, xingyijiao, tinglou, juexi lane, Wuchang Temple (Jueling foot, guankengling, LENGSHUIKENG) and many ancient pavilions.
