Zandotonama

Zanduocuo Nama means the Black Sea in the rocks. Surrounded by mountains on three sides, it looks like a ribbon and is distributed in the north-south direction. The north end is the water inlet of zanduo lake group.

Introduction to scenic spots

This water has been flowing into Huoqu River, continuously transporting water resources for Huoqu power station in Xinlong county. The color of the whole lake is black. Its formation is mainly influenced by the geological structure of zando. Zando is located in grassland, swampy, the bottom of the lake is mostly silt, and the high quality of minerals in this area makes the surface of the lake black, the whole lake is up to 4 square kilometers. There is a small island at the north and south ends of the lake. The small island at the north end is more than 80 meters away from the lake. Standing by the lake, it looks like a big female crocodile lying on the surface of the lake. Behind her, there is a new born crocodile, who wants to escape from her mother's care and crawl to the middle of the lake. It is said that one evening, when a group of horses went to the lake to drink water, they saw that the island in the lake was covered with green and tender grass, so they scrambled to step across the shallow water of the lake and came to the island to enjoy themselves. After eating and drinking enough, they lie on the island and have a rest, but they can't cross the shallow water until dawn. The herdsman came here to find the horse, but he couldn't see the horse coming, so he decided to cross the lake to catch the horse. But as soon as the herdsman put his foot into the water, the waves on the lake immediately rolled, the horses on the island hissed, and the sky was covered with dark clouds, giving people a momentum of impending disaster. The herder had no choice but to withdraw his feet and go back to the lake. The lake was calm, but the sky was gloomy. In order to make the horses safely return to the lakeside, the herders had to walk for dozens of miles. They invited the eminent monks to recite sutras by the lakeside. As soon as the Buddhist service was finished, the horses themselves walked from the island to the lakeside. Since then, there has been little grass on the island, and no one or livestock has ever been to the island in the lake.

When you come to the mountains to the west of the lake, you can see that the small islands at the north and south ends are like two swimming fish, swimming to the north and south ends respectively. Looking to the north, the lake stretches in the sky. On the grassland around the lake, colorful flowers seem to set delicate lace on this "mirror", giving people a unique enjoyment of "zanduo scenery".

The annual average temperature is 11.5 ℃ to 12.8 ℃. In the plateau area, the average temperature of the coldest month is below - 5 ℃, the average temperature of the hottest month is between 10 ℃ and 12.1 ℃, and the lowest temperature of the whole year is in January, up to - 27 ℃.
