East Lake

East Lake is located in the southeast of Xiangyin County. It is a cultural and historical lake. Five scenic spots are at the beginning and end of the lake, including "eight scenic spots in the ancient city", "two pagodas in the clouds", "two steps to the green", "fishing village in the evening", "Changhong lying wave" and "Duke fishing".

Donghu Lake is also a cultural and historical lake. Around the lake or near the lake, cultural relics come to us. In addition to the Wenxing pagoda, memorial to Anti Japanese soldiers, Zuo Wenxiang ancestral hall, Guo's ancestral hall, Confucian temple, fahua temple, Dongting temple, Xia Yuanji reading place, Xia's ancestral hall, Xia Yanshu tomb, Gan Fei tomb, Nanquan temple, Yuezhou kiln, Chen Jiayou tomb, Duke angling, fan Yuanlian and fan Yuanlian Xudong's former residence, dengpo bridge, Yangsha Lake ancient battle ambition site and so on. These scenic spots and cultural relics record the rise and fall of Xiangyin ancient city. The county Party committee and the county government have put the development of the East Lake on the agenda.
