Xiling Quanqin is located in the west of Huili city

. Huili called it "Xiyan Dishui".

The water flows down from the cliff, and the sound is like the sound of a piano. It is said that there was a gold basin buried at the bottom of Xiyan Dishui. The flowing water from the rocks rushes the golden basin and makes a pleasant sound. Later, foreigners came to Huili, and "foreign eyes" could see through the scenery a few feet below the ground. When foreigners saw the gold basin, they stole it. Since then, Xiyan dripping water can no longer hear the melodious sound of Qin.

In fact, "Xiling spring Qin" is a stream of underground water gushing from the depth of the mountains, which is blocked by the rocks and forms a waterfall spring vertically. The waterfalls and springs penetrated the surrounding cliffs, resulting in dense forests. From afar, it looks like a green and white emerald approaching, and the waterfall and spring are like a torrential rain falling from the sky. With the sound of water, the elegant name of "Xiling spring Qin" comes from this.

There is a cave on the left side of the lower beach of waterfall spring. After more than meters along the cave, the tunnel suddenly leads to the top with a vertical angle of almost 90 degrees. When you look up, you can see a hole of light at the top, which is commonly known as "dustpan big sky". The mouth of the well leads to a large karst cave. Below the cave is the Renshan Avenue in the deep valley, and the other sides are full of crisscross stalactites. Looking up from the road at the foot of the mountain, the whole cave looks like a stalactite stage protruding from the top of the mountain, and "Xiling spring Qin" is just on the right side of the stage. In 1986, Tao Zongzhen, an engineer from the Ministry of construction, inspected the natural scenery and took photos by himself. He spoke highly of Xiling Quanqin, which is a combination of waterfall and cave.
