Tang Li'an is the most complete ancient architectural Temple group in Changbai Mountain area. It is located in the half of Shuangding mountain in the north of Huixian mountain peak, and in silixu village, Lujia village, 15 miles southwest of Zouping County. Here, the fruit trees are all over the slope, and the pines, cypresses and cypresses are evergreen. They spiral up the winding mountain road. After several cliffs, there are cornices and brackets looming in the green forest. Although there are no bells and cymbals, the sound of drum exhaustion has made people feel like outside the world.

There is a painted dragon on the middle wall, and the former one is a gold statue of Sakyamuni. On both sides and the East and West Gables are painted Buddhist stories such as the Buddha's six eared macaque. According to the identification of archaeologists in Shandong Province, there are many murals of Ming Dynasty, which are still colorful and lifelike. They are rare authentic art. The ring statue of Sakyamuni used to be the statue of the four great vajras and the eighteen Arhats, but it does not exist today. There are painted door gods on the left and right walls of the hall's veranda, and there are painted legends of the Qing Dynasty on the fence above the gate. On the lintel hung the four characters of "welfare Hengsha", and the left and right couplets had been eradicated in the era of Cultural Revolution.

Human history

According to Zouping County annals, it is said that there was Li Er Xian of Tang Dynasty in ancient times, and his cultivation was based on this mountain, so it was named Tang Li'an. It was built in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties. Two stone steles are inlaid on the east wall of the mountain gate. One is the rebuilding of Tang Li'an written by Zhang Yingzhen of Zouping in November of the first year of Longqing in Ming Dynasty; the other is the rebuilding of Tang Li'an written by Dong zhuguan of Qingcheng in the 10th year of Kangxi. There are also two ancient steles on the west wall of the mountain gate. They are the stele of rebuilding Tang Li'an written by Cheng Yu in the 11th year of Jiaqing and the stele of Tang Li'an written by Shi Xianwen in the 25th year of Daoguang. On the back of the stele, the name of the donor and the number of contributions are engraved in block letters.

A large number of murals such as figure painting. There are also four additional Tang Li'an stone tablets, several cloves and cypresses, and a 500 year old Wenguan fruit tree. In 1984, it was announced as a key cultural relics protection unit at the county level. Tang Li'an scenic spot covers an area of 1338 mu, which integrates the functions of sightseeing, Buddhist worship, cultural exploration, etc. it has a long history, small and exquisite, winding paths and prosperous context. The main building of the temple includes the main hall and the East-West side hall, and the Xinglin tower is built in the south of the temple. The beams and columns of the East-West side hall are painted with four clawed flying dragons of the Ming Dynasty, which is rare in China. In the east of the temple, there is a Wenguan fruit tree, which is more than one thousand years old; in the south of the temple, there are a 350 year old "master's hand planted cypress" and a 500 year old "female Bodhisattva clove tree". On both sides of the temple, there are Liang Shuming Memorial Hall and the exhibition hall of calligraphy and painting of local celebrities. Precious historical materials such as words and pictures are preserved.
