Liutong Xinglong Village is located in Sanhe ancient town, Feixi County, Hefei City, Anhui Province. It is the residence of Liu Jintang, the president of Sanhe chamber of Commerce. It covers an area of 700 square meters and has 32 five entrances and eight compartments.

Liutong Xinglong Village, also known as "Liuji cloth Village" and "Liuji rice shop", was a famous merchant in Guxi street in the late Qing Dynasty. Tongxinglong is the trade name of Chuang Tzu. The master of Chuang Tzu is Liu Jintang (1879-1941). He was the vice president of Sanhe chamber of Commerce and has five brothers. Liu Jintang and his second brother Liu Jinchen live in "Liu Tong Xinglong Village".

At that time, the entrance hall was like a city with a lot of traffic. Liu Tong's business started from Yinshan in Lu'an in the north to Nanjing and Shanghai in the south. Longzhuang frontage is a two-story wooden building. The second entrance is the zoumazhuanxinlou, the third entrance is the open hall to receive visitors, the fourth entrance is the incense house, which is used for ancestor worship, and the fifth entrance is the living quarters. The building area is about 700 square meters.

Liutong Xinglongzhuang mainly deals in all kinds of cloth and rice. The daily sales volume of rice can reach more than 500 tons, and the annual income is tens of thousands of silver yuan. In addition, there are salt shops, porcelain shops, pawnshops and so on. It is one of the most famous merchants in the ancient town.

The house structure of Liutong Xinglongzhuang has the architectural characteristics of Anhui style in the middle of Anhui Province. It adopts the combination of traditional Chinese wood structure and local architecture in the middle of Anhui Province to form its own building system. The patio is left between every two houses to form its own unique drainage system. At the same time, it also embodies the business philosophy of "fat water does not flow to outsiders".
