It greatly promoted the development of education in Changshan County (Zhiyuan family, now 25 Li old town village in the south of Longshan). Fenglongshan is a famous mountain in the county. According to the records of the general examination of continued literature, there is a place in the mountain where Li Gong of the Han Dynasty taught. In Tang Dynasty, Guo Yuanzhen, Yao Jing and other famous scholars visited or lectured here. In Han and Tang Dynasties, it was one of the educational centers in Hebei Province.

During the Five Dynasties, academies began to appear as a new educational place. *** In the Northern Song Dynasty, there were three academies in Hebei Province, all in Fenglong mountain. One is Fenglong Academy. At the foot of Yangshan mountain, Fenglong Academy was originally established by Li Gong in the Han Dynasty and Li Fang in the Five Dynasties. The original lecture hall, reading cave, etc. There are two clear springs in the courtyard. One is Mengquan. The water is clear and sweet, which is the source of water for the Academy. One is the ink pool, also known as the pen washing pool. The ink in the pool is black, which is said to be the place where the ancients washed their pens. Another academy is located in the west of Longshou peak, which is called Xixi academy, "the place where Yao Jing, a hermit of Tang Dynasty, lived and escaped.". There are nine scriptures in the collection of the Song Dynasty. Zhang's work is Shan Chang. He once wrote a famous work in Hebei Province for a time, but later it was gradually abandoned. His site is about beilongchi village. Zhongxi academy is located at the foot of Longshou peak, which is called Zhongfeng Academy. According to records, it is also the place where Li Fang taught. It was the largest Academy in Hebei at that time. It was abandoned in later generations, and its site was about under the view of Xiuzhen. Fenglong Academy in Yuan Dynasty developed unprecedentedly and entered its heyday. In the first year of Mongolian Xianzong (1251 AD), Li Ye (1192-1279 AD), a famous mathematician from Luancheng, Hebei Province, ended his exile life and returned from Shanxi Province to the East. He "bought farmland and sealed the foot of the Dragon Mountain, and apprenticed to benefit the masses". He devoted himself to study and taught tirelessly. With the support of local people and marshal Shi Tianze, Zhending inspector Zhang Dehui and famous scholar Yuan Haowen, he rebuilt Li Fang lecture hall and revived Fenglong Academy. Here, Li Yejin further summarized and studied the ancient Chinese Tianyuan art, developed and innovated, supplemented and revised the book "measuring the circle and sea mirror" written by him in Shanxi Province, collected the great achievements of Chinese Tianyuan art, carried forward and popularized it, and wrote the book "Yigu Yanduan" in simple and popular language. When Li Ye presided over the Academy, he made a series of research achievements in the fields of cave, medicine, astronomy, temperament, Taoism and so on. It can be said that the garden is full of peaches and plums with remarkable achievements. In the tianyuanshu algebra founded by Li Ye, the equation is six times. It is not only a significant development of semisymbolic algebra in ancient China, but also at least 300 years earlier than that of European algebra. His two works of tianyuanshu established his important position in the history of world mathematics and Chinese Natural Science in the 13th century. Until now, many ancient academies, such as Bailudong academy, Maoshan academy, shigu academy and Donglin Academy, which played an important role in the promotion of Chinese feudal Confucianism and Cheng Zhu Neo Confucianism, have been regarded as Chinese cultural resorts. However, Fenglong academy, which has a prominent position in the history of Chinese science, has no classical name. This is a pity and misunderstanding. After Li Ye, an Xi, a scholar from Gaocheng, presided over Fenglong Academy. "His teaching was based on respect, with classics as the first, and his disciples came and went, often up to 100 people.". At the entrance of the cave, there is a stele named "no chiseling of Shengshan stone" printed by Yuan's magistrate in guangnian. 20 meters in front of the cave, there is a collection room of the Ming Dynasty.

The economic groups are also eyeing the potential economic benefits of fenglongshan. Therefore, the design planning has been delayed again and again, and has not been released yet.
