Shuanglongjing

Shuanglongjing is composed of two connected Tianchi pools in the mountains. The passageways of the two pools are S-shaped, forming a wonderful picture of Yin Yang and eight trigrams. There is a stone cave beside the well. The water is transparent and clear, flowing for many years, and its sound is as pleasant as ancient music. Folklore, the world drought, Shuanglong well water is not dry, people are known as the dragon of water. During the drought, people from all over the world come to this well to worship the "Dragon King" and dance "double dragon" lights during the Spring Festival to pray for good weather and peace of the country.

Shuanglongjing

Located outside the South Gate of Haizhou ancient city. Originally known as Shajing, also known as Dajing. A few meters to the south of the well, there is a small well on both sides of the East and the West. The three wells form the word "pin", which is also called "pin spring". All the wells outside the south gate are salty, but this well is sweet and never exhausting in winter and summer. There are two stone taps in the well, and the spring water spouts continuously from the dragon mouth. In the Ming Dynasty, a "spring tasting Pavilion" was built here, as one of the famous places in Haizhou, for people to browse and enjoy tea.

Shuanglongjing was first excavated before Jingtai in Ming Dynasty, and it has been more than 500 years. The records of jiaqingzhou included the records of caozhong's rebuilding Dajing in Ming Dynasty. It was overhauled again in the Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty, and it was rebuilt again in the third year of Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty (1877). The epitaph of shuanglongjing still exists today.

For hundreds of years, shuanglongjing has been one of the main drinking water sources of Haizhou people. In 1982, the people's Government of Haizhou District specially allocated funds to protect shuanglongjing. A circular wall was built around the well to isolate the source of pollution. The well platform has been raised, a two meter high well que has been built, and a civilized Convention on the use of well water has been published. It has been listed as a municipal cultural relics protection unit.
