The character "dragon and tiger" was written by Wu Dazheng, an epigraphist in the late Qing Dynasty.

history

The stone carving was originally located in Hedong Village, Liangshui township (now renamed Longhu Village), on the left bank of Tumen River. Later, it was moved to the roadside due to flood. In 1986, it was moved to the North Bank of chedadonggou River in Hunchun city to cooperate with highway construction,

In 1994, it was moved here due to urban transformation. In 1980, the state allocated special funds to build a pavilion with Qing Dynasty style to protect this historic stone carving, make it immortal and inspire future generations.
