Xuanjiu culture museum is located in Xuancheng Xuanjiu group company. It is composed of three parts: landscape garden, theme exhibition hall and wine Gallery, with a total area of 1300 square meters and an indoor exhibition hall of 600 square meters. Xuanjiu Culture Museum

Xuanjiu Culture Museum, invested and built by Anhui Xuancheng liquor industry group company, officially opened to welcome Chinese and foreign tourists. The museum consists of the main building and the auxiliary scenic spots. The main building consists of four parts: landscape garden, treasure house, special exhibition hall and China's first wine hall. Ancillary attractions include poetry and wine culture corridor, jisou restaurant, bronze statue of jisou, Qiongjiang waterfall, Jiangnan cellars, Qushui Liuqi stone, Xingfu stone, underground wine cellar, etc. The name of the museum was inscribed by the famous artist Mr. Wang Bomin (a disciple of Xu Beihong). The architectural style and interior furnishings of Xuanjiu culture museum are based on xuanhui culture, highlighting the regional characteristics of famous wine in the south of the Yangtze River.

Landscape garden

In the landscape garden, there are pink walls and tiles, Qiaoge cloisters, small bridges and flowing water, and bonsai with strange stones, which can be described as pleasing to the eye. In particular, the middle piece of Lingbi stone, which weighs more than 190 tons, is dignified, solid and well-organized. Laochun Hotel

PI Rixiu, a famous poet of the Tang Dynasty, once praised Li Taibai as "I love him, who is the soul of a wine star.". Wine utensils and cultural relics

These wine drinking utensils and wine drinking utensils collected locally, including the four portraits of bronze wine drinking utensils (the first two were unearthed in southern Anhui (Tongling), the third in Xuanzhou, and the fourth in Langxi County), have proved the long history of drinking in Xuancheng from the perspective of archaeology.

Xuanjiudaoguan

The first wine hall in China adopts the typical Huizhou architectural style. Outside the museum, there is a small bridge with flowing water and green bamboos. In the museum, the stage is high, the courtyard is bright, and the furnishings are classical, showing a simple, elegant and full of interest. Here, you can taste the original wine and enjoy the chime performance.

The first meeting (November 10-11, 2008) and the second meeting (November 27-29, 2010) of China wine way research expert committee were held in Xuanjiu group wine way hall. Xuanjiu group's Jiudao hall is very particular about the way of drinking. It has strict procedures and regulations. The wine cup is artistic, the wine is served orderly, the wine is poured well, the warm wine is classified, and the music is elegant. It is the best place for tasting wine and discussing culture. Jisou Restaurant

Completed on June 21, 2010. Xuanjiu group rehearsed the intangible cultural heritage of Anhui Province - Wannan shadow play, showing the cultural characteristics of Xuancheng. The overall design of the restaurant has the unique charm of Jiangnan, and the dining table and tableware reflect the Huizhou style. The choice of dishes is also based on the taste of Jiangnan. Visitors can enjoy Xuancheng's special dishes while visiting.

Poetry and wine culture corridor

Xuancheng is a famous historical and cultural city in China. Since ancient times, more than 1000 literati left more than 3000 poems in Xuancheng. Among them, there are nearly a thousand poems, which are valuable intangible cultural heritage. The thirty capitals inscribed on the walls of the corridor are poems related to wine left by Li Bai, Du Mu, Bai Juyi and Han Yu.

Bronze statue of jisou

Xuanjiu people have never forgotten their ancestors of wine making. This bronze statue of jisou is 5.5 meters high and weighs 2.4 tons. It expresses the respect of Xuanjiu people and the need for Xuanjiu people to carry forward the old spring wine made by jisou. Li Bai likes to drink Ji sou's old spring wine. When Ji sou died, Li Bai was very sad and wrote a poem for him: "in Ji sou's spring, old spring should be brewed. There is no Li Bai in the nightstand. Who is the wine seller. This is also the only poem written by Li Bai in his life for the workers who make wine.

Qushui Liuqi stone

It is composed of a huge glass table and a pink wall screen. It is engraved with the word "Xuanjiu". You can sit on both sides and place wine cups in the upper stream. The wine cup will flow down the stream. Whoever stops in front of you will take a drink. This also reproduces Wang Xizhi's Qushui drinking platform. On the pink wall screen, Li Bai's poem "sitting alone in Jingting mountain" is engraved: "all the birds are flying high, and the solitary clouds go to leisure alone. We are not tired of seeing each other, only Jingting mountain." The style of writing is graceful and elegant, which complements liushangtai.

Happy stone scenic spot

"Create happiness for employees" is written by Chairman Li Jian himself, which is also a solemn commitment to employees. Qiongjiang waterfall

It's made of 1951 wine jars. It symbolizes that Xuanjiu was a public-private joint venture in 1951. The four peaks above symbolize the merger of Xuancheng's four largest private distilleries.

Jiangnan Xiaojiao group

Ji's ancient brewing technology is based on the cultivation of bacteria in Xiaoqu and fermentation in Xiaojiao.
