Raonan natural village is located in the northeast of Yaoli Town, Fuliang County, Jiangxi Province, 2 km away from Yaoli ancient town, with 96 households and 386 people. The village is surrounded by mountains and Yaohe river passes through the village. It is an ancient village with beautiful scenery and profound ceramic history and culture.

General situation of the village

In November 2005, the village was listed as one of the first batch of experimental villages for the construction of ancient village style in Fuliang County. Under the leadership of the Council, all the villagers renovated the living environment of the village, built a cross river arch cultural leisure corridor, and renovated the ancient ancestral hall into a place for villagers' cultural activities.

Raonan village is located between Bajiao mountain and the valley near Qishan mountain, with lush ancient trees and green bamboos. The crystal clear Yao River passes through the village, sparkling. Hui style dwellings are built in accordance with the water. They are well arranged. The cultural and leisure bridges are skillfully built on the beautiful water. The ancient bluestone road slowly extends to every household. It seems to tell us a long and glorious history.

Ancient ancestral hall

In Huizhou architecture, the most dazzling are the two ancient ancestral halls. One is Zhan's ancestral hall. In front of the gate is a half moon shaped sun moon pool. The pool is full of clean water all the year round. It is an ancient fire fighting facility. Next to the door is a pair of vicissitudes of stone drum, ancestral hall three into, two courtyard momentum.

One is Zhan's ancestral hall, with vivid wood carvings and well preserved. In the new rural construction, the villagers give full play to the unique local resource benefits. The ancient ancestral temple has become a community activity center, a Village Community Sports Association for the elderly and a place for the villagers to have a red and white wedding. It has explored an effective way to solve the problem of investment in rural community construction.

History and culture

Raonan ceramic theme park is located next to Raonan village. The ancient kilns and workshops in the park are located in xingluoqibu. It is the most well preserved area of Jingdezhen's ceramic relics at present. It is of great value to study the production status of ancient Chinese porcelain.

Before the source of pottery flowers: beautiful and elegant blue and white porcelain, white and delicate glaze fruit, red and thick sagger, just like a wonderful flower in the ceramic industrial park. Pottery Workshop: it is a peculiar wall made of pottery and kiln relics unearthed from ancient kilns. It is inlaid with pieces of porcelain and saggers from the song, yuan and Ming Dynasties.

Ancient shuidui workshop: in history, when the spring and summer flood season, the current is turbulent, along the two sides of the river is the wheel rotation, shuidui somersault, several miles connected, the sound is rumbling, forming a "heavy shuidui Jiajiang open, not rain, Yin passed several miles thunder" spectacular scene. Ancient glaze fruit workshop: the workshop is composed of washing tank, sedimentation tank, thickening tank and mud bed. It is one of the few existing ancient glaze fruit workshops in Jingdezhen.

Because of the excellent quality of glaze fruit produced here, it has a good reputation of "kaolin, Yao glaze". Ancient kiln sites: there are eight dragon kiln sites in song and Yuan Dynasties. Longyao is an advanced kiln in ancient times. It is the cradle of celadon. This kind of kiln is called dragon kiln because its body is mostly built on the hillside or mound in a rectangular shape and forms an angle of 10-20 degrees with the horizon, just like a fire dragon descending from the mountain. Tourism development is in full swing, receiving more than one million Chinese and foreign tourists every year.
