Located in Nanchang Wanda cultural tourism city, Wanda maonei is designed by TVs, an American design company, and jointly built by Hanhua group and Wanda Group. The building area of the venue is nearly 40000 square meters, and the water volume exceeds two "water cubes"; in addition, there are more than 300 kinds of marine life and 28000 fish.

Nanchang Wanda ocean park includes five exhibition areas: tropical rain forest area, tropical ocean area, cold water ocean area, ocean exploration area and animal performance area, as well as interactive facilities such as ocean laboratory and ball screen movie.

The size of the performance area is comparable to that of a gymnasium, which can accommodate 2000 people to watch the performance at the same time; the water depth of the performance pool is 6.3 meters, and the water storage capacity is close to 3000 tons, which is equivalent to 1.5 standard competition swimming pools. Facing the audience is a 40 meter long and 2 meter high acrylic. We can not only see the marine animals jumping out of the water, but also understand their posture in the water through this giant acrylic.
