Hutou Film City

Hutou film and television city is located in Hulin City, Heilongjiang Province. The film and television base was built in 2009, which reproduces the style of Hutou town during the Japanese puppet rule. In 2010, CCTV made the digital film series "tiger head fortress" here.

Background

Hutou town used to be Hulin county. Hutou is an important waterway. From May to October every year, old customers and vendors come here to collect mountain treasures, medicinal materials, fur, etc., and bring opera troupes and various daily necessities. Restaurants and inns are full every day, and theaters are full. There are more than 40 shops in Tongjiang street. Business is booming, people come and go, and there is no stop crying. There is a vegetable market outside the north gate. There is a public garden on Hutou mountain near the river. There are pavilions and stone tablets in the garden. You can have a bird's-eye view of the beautiful scenery of Wusuli River and exotic scenery. It once seemed prosperous and beautiful.

After the Japanese invaders occupied Hutou in 1933, the population of Hutou was sharply reduced, the industries were depressed, the countryside was desolate, and the people were in dire straits. The Japanese army set up stations, barracks, police stations, puppet county offices, and various espionage companies in the town. The military police detachment of the Kwantung Army in Hutou is a murderer's den. The anti Manchu and anti Japanese soldiers are arrested in prison and tortured (sitting on tiger benches, pouring hot pepper water, nailing bamboo sticks, being bitten by Wolf dogs, etc.), which is appalling. The Japanese aggressors thought that the implementation of high pressure could maintain their rule. However, under the leadership of the party, the Hulin people's Anti Japanese wave rose one wave after another, and many lamentable Anti Japanese deeds took place in Hutou, which people will always remember!

Renovate

The transformation and reinforcement of Hutou fortress film and television city with an investment of 5 million yuan has been completed. More than 600 square meters of parking lots have been leveled, 5.2 kilometers of scenic area roads (museums, film and television bases) have been built, many simple houses have been strengthened, and restaurants, inns, entertainment venues and other functions have been built. The appearance and prosperity of Hutou have been restored. After renovation, Hutou old street can now be opened to tourists. The next step is to attract investment with market-oriented ideas and methods. Hutou old street is expected to become a new highlight of the scenic spot.
