Datong mountain
Datong mountain, a famous scenic spot in Taiwan, is one of the most popular scenic spots for mainland tourists.
In the north of Kaohsiung County, Taiwan, China. It is about 5 kilometers long from north to South and 2 kilometers wide from east to west, with an altitude of 312 meters; it is connected with xiaogangshan mountain in the south, with an altitude of 251 meters, and is composed of limestone (Uplifted Coral Reef). According to the Taiwan official records, "when the inland boats go back and forth, you can see the Dagang mountain when you cross the east of Penghu." It is the focus of attention of those who cross the sea from the mainland to Taiwan. Famous temples include Chaofeng temple, Longhu nunnery and other Buddhist nunnery and hall buildings. There are many pilgrims from all over the country, which has become one of the famous Buddhist districts in Taiwan for a long time. From the southeast foot to the east side of Xiaogang, there is a Gongdian reservoir with an area of more than 400 hectares, which can be used for boating and fishing. There is Datong mountain state-owned forest farm in Shimen County, Changde City, Hunan Province. It is located in the central mountainous area of Shimen County, with a total area of about 2108 hectares. There are 1521 residents, 256 households and 53 party members. It has jurisdiction over 2 agricultural villages and 12 villager groups. In 2011, the GDP reached 6.5 million yuan, the disposable income of urban residents was 7268 yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 3137 yuan
