Sun Zhenfang's former residence

Sun Zhenfang's former residence is a luxury residence invested by sun Zhenfang. It is of brick and wood structure, with three floors in part. The roof of the slope, the eaves are white cement walls, granite steps, and doors and windows of different shapes. It has Spanish architectural style.

The interior is decorated with hardwood. There used to be a swimming pool, lawn, vine rack and European style flower bed in the courtyard. All kinds of flowers and trees are planted around the building. It is a European style courtyard villa.

After liberation, the building was a peace hotel. Chairman Mao, Premier Zhou and other state leaders stayed here when they visited Tianjin.
