Wu-Lai Waterfall
Wulai district is located in the southeast of Xinbei City, with an average altitude of about 900 meters. The highest Ayu mountain is about 1419 meters above sea level. Both of them belong to the snow mountain range. Nanshi stream and tonghou stream meet here to form a unique and beautiful valley. On both sides of the valley, there are towering peaks, steep cliffs, beautiful wind and light. It is known as "the back garden of Great Taipei". It is also a famous mountain area in Northern Taiwan.
Wulai waterfall is one of the representative landscapes of Wulai scenic spot, with a height of 80 meters and a width of about 10 meters. It was formerly known as "the Taki of Yunlai" in the Japanese occupation era. Yuanwang waterfall is like Bailian. When the rainfall is abundant, the waterfall will be divided into two flying springs, which will rush down from the valley, forming a dark sky, filled with clouds and fog, adding a romantic atmosphere. Hot summer, just to see this scene makes people feel comfortable.
