Fried cucumber with eggs

Introduction:

"It's been several days since I bought cucumbers. There are some wrinkles on them. The salad is not fresh any more. I can only fry it, but I can't throw it away. Cucumbers are very expensive a few days ago. It's still delicious to fry cucumbers with eggs."

Production steps:

Step 1: slice cucumber and beat egg with salt

Step 2: heat the oil in the pan, fry the eggs well and set them aside

Step 3: add garlic and cucumber slices and stir fry

Step 4: saute the cucumber and put in the fried egg

Step 5: just add a little salt
