Pizza embryo

Pizza embryo

Introduction:

"I want to eat my own pizza, but the embryo of pizza has become the main problem. When I buy the ready-made pizza, I have to go to Taobao. I always say it's not fresh when I look at the evaluation. In order to avoid the risk, I decided to make more pizzas in one pot and keep them in the freezer. It's much more convenient to eat pizzas in this way."

Production steps:

Step 1: dice the carrots, put them into the blender, introduce 200ml warm water, add three teaspoons of baking powder, and stir them into carrot paste. (it's OK not to make a cake with carrot stuffing. I like carrots only.)

Step 2: pour carrot water mixed with baking powder into flour

Step 3: stir and knead until smooth

Step 4: let the dough stand and ferment for about 1 hour, and the dough will double

Step 5: take out the once fermented dough, knead it, remove the bubbles, and then let it stand for about 1 hour

Step 6: spread tin foil on the baking tray and coat it with olive oil

Step 7: roll the dough into a pancake, the thickness of which is controlled by myself. I personally like to eat thin and crisp, so I roll it thin, and then use a fork to insert holes in it. Preheat oven 180 degrees

Step 8: put in the oven, 200 degrees, about 10 minutes

Step 9: out of the oven, our oven is still small, a little crowded, ha ha ~ the pizza embryo is ready, when you want to eat in the future, spread the sunken material to bake, it will be delicious ~
