From Kuqa County, along the Dushanzi Kuqa highway, driving about 60 kilometers northward, the valley is commonly known as "Yanzigou", which is called kizilya (Hongya) mountain by local Uygur.

Introduction to scenic spots

The unique peaks and scenery of kizilya mountain are marvelous. When the road turns around, in front of the car suddenly appears a deep camel colored mountain which looks like a huge building. It seems that there are corridors, columns, towers and pavilions. The pavilions are scattered, just like the "Potala Palace". It's amazing. As you move forward, you will see another colorful peak. It is ochre red, but there are purple, peach, rose, green, light yellow, light gray, moon white and deep Dai The color block and stripe of color. Near the peak, there are several yellow, gray blue and yellow green hills. When the sun goes down in the west, the mountain against the light presents a golden edge, with colorful mountains, white poplar belt swaying in the wind, and flocks of cattle and sheep returning late. The scene is picturesque and fascinating. And the shapes that pass by the car window are like "ancient wood", "Red Cliff", "lying camel", "sitting monkey", "flying dragon", "galloping horse" The natural stone forest and stone carvings are more dazzling. One of the rock peaks, in the setting sun and against the light, shows the silhouette of Tang Sanzang, Zhu Bajie and Sha monk waiting for the monkey king, so it has the reputation of "Tang Monk shituyan".
