Guanbei village is located in the middle of Luoyang Town, BOLUO County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, bordering on Dongjiang River. It covers an area of 0.3 square kilometers and has a population of about 800. It has five villager groups with a total number of 208 households. It has convenient transportation facilities to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou and other places, with outstanding geographical advantages.

Guanbei village chooses the new rural development road of "going out and coming in" to break through the inherent mode of thinking and realize the business philosophy of commercialization. Through the implantation and edification of cultural industry, we can lay a good foundation for the development of new rural construction and expand the road of future development.

In November 2017, Guanbei village was awarded the fifth national civilized village.

Guanbei village takes culture as the carrier, highlights the rule of law and morality, and creates a cultural exchange center

Guanbei village will be built into a demonstration village of law and morality, a demonstration area of county cultural construction, an exhibition window of new rural construction, a new rural construction base and a training base for the first secretary class of rural Party organizations.

Guanbei village has established 30 social organizations and non-governmental associations, and completed the first batch of reconstruction projects on March 1, 2016, with a capital of about 12 million yuan; in the second phase, there are about 50 social organizations and non-governmental associations that intend to sign contracts.

At present, BOLUO county has decided to include Guanbei village in the new rural construction demonstration film. As the first demonstration village in Boluo County under the rule of France and Germany, the investment in infrastructure construction has provided more perfect conditions and a better environment for the social organizations in Guanbei. In the near future, we can foresee that a cultural gathering place with distinctive characteristics of culture will become a window for BOLUO county to show to the outside world. At the same time, it will also radiate the Pearl River Delta and provide a referential idea and example for the construction of new countryside.
