Mingde reservoir, located in Mingde village, Touwu Township, covers an area of more than 170 hectares and is responsible for irrigating tens of thousands of hectares of land in Houlongxi basin. Route

Driving: take Toufen interchange to Expressway → provincial road 1 → Jianshan → provincial road 13 → Mingde reservoir (about 12.5 km).

Hitchhike: 1. Take the Miaoli passenger train from Miaoli city to Hsinchu, under the Mingde reservoir.

2. Take the Miaoli line of Taiqi from Sanzhong city and go down the Mingde reservoir.
