Weinan Drum Tower is a kind of double tower building. Xieshan style glazed tile roof with double eaves. There are cultural relics unearthed in Weinan on display in the drum tower.

In the old city of Weinan, on the gate of today's military division. It was built in 613 A.D. in the ninth year of Daye of Sui Dynasty. It was located in the center of the county at that time. It was expanded in Hongwu year of Ming Dynasty. It was destroyed in the Huazhou earthquake, rebuilt the next year and repaired in the Qing Dynasty. After liberation, the drum tower was renovated to display cultural relics unearthed in Weinan.

After liberation, the drum tower was renovated to display cultural relics unearthed in Weinan. The drum tower is a double tower building with gate. Xieshan style glazed tile roof with double eaves. The lower layer is 5 feet wide and 3 feet deep, surrounded by court pillars. There are six columns in the East and West, five columns in the north and five columns in the south, each with two octagonal windows. There are three pavilions on the upper floor. Under the brick platform, there is a door opening with a length of 5 Zhang in the north and south direction. The upper forehead is "Weinan county". Two of them are engraved with "Sanqin thoroughfares, eight provinces thoroughfares". The back of the door opening is engraved with the word "Youzhan".
