Nongxiangshan Forest Park

Nongxiangshan is located in Diping Township, Liping County, Guizhou Province, with a total area of 15000 mu (1000 HA). Among them, the area of virgin forest is 9755 mu (650 HA). According to the preliminary investigation, there are 372 species of arbor species belonging to 48 families and 158 genera, 130 species of shrub species belonging to 22 families and 56 genera, 62 species of bryophytes belonging to 16 families and 29 genera, 190 species of pteridophytes belonging to 22 families and 38 genera. There are many kinds of wild animals. It is a treasure house of national first and second class protected animal resources and is known as an ideal place to explore the ancient ecology.
