Gaoshan Pinghu

High mountain lake refers to the lake on the high mountain. There is a high lake mountain in Wuyuan. It is said that there is a lake on the top of the mountain, which is the original high mountain plain lake in Wuyuan. But for some reason, there is only one well left. As Wuyuan is a mountainous area, many villages have built reservoirs on high mountains to generate electricity and ensure the irrigation of paddy fields under the mountains. So it is called gaoshanpinghu. Among them, Duanxin reservoir is the highest in Wuyuan reservoir, with high altitude. Surrounded by mountains, Duanxin reservoir becomes the present high mountain Pinghu Lake. Therefore, Wuyuan now refers to the duanshen reservoir.
