Project basis and overview:

In 2000, the National Forest Park was established with the approval of linchangfa (2000) No.74 issued by the Ministry of forestry of the people's Republic of China, and the master plan of Tianzhufeng National Forest Park was approved by the Forestry Department of Jiangxi Province with the approval of ganlinzaozi no.492. Tianzhufeng National Forest Park covers a total area of 10512 hectares, including tianzhufeng, tonggushi, Longmen cliff and Dashan. In the early stage, tianzhufeng scenic area and tonggushi scenic area were mainly developed. Tianzhu peak scenic spot has beautiful scenery, beautiful lakes and mountains, green mountains and green waters and Danxia landform, just like Guilin landscape. There are more than ten scenic spots, such as Tianzhu peak, Jiulong lake, Lingshi nunnery and Yixian Tianli temple. Tonggu stone scenic area is composed of wanhu Chaotian, Yangjiazhai, Dalian mountain and qichongmen. Xianyang village, Yangjiazhai and qichongmen are all ancient military strongholds. Some ancient battlefield sites can be seen today.

Construction scale and main technical standards:

It mainly includes Jiulong lake water park, Yangping resort, Fengshuping playground, Jiulong waterfall eco-tourism area, wanhu Chaotian, Xianyang village, Yangjia village, qichongmen and other scenic spots, as well as the restoration of Fushou temple in Dalian mountain. The project is planned to receive 500000 tourists per year. The main technical standards refer to Tonggu County Tourism Development master plan, tianzhufeng national forest park master plan, tianzhufeng scenic spot tourism development detailed plan and tonggushi scenic spot tourism development detailed plan.

Construction conditions:

"Three links" have been realized in each scenic spot. Tongxiu highway, a provincial highway, passes through the edge of the scenic spot. The planned exit of agang expressway is 8 km away from tianzhufeng scenic spot and 30 km away from tonggushi scenic spot. It can reach Wuhan in the north, Guangzhou in the South and Nanchang in the East; the forest park is only 170 km away from Changsha, 160 km away from Huanghua Airport and 200 km away from Changbei Airport in Nanchang. The tourism transportation is very convenient and the tourist market has a broad prospect.

Investment return forecast:

By doing a good job in development, construction, publicity, planning and operation, it is estimated that after the completion of the project in three years, 200000 tourists will be received annually in the early stage (from the fourth year to the fifth year), 300000 tourists will be received annually in the middle stage (from the sixth year to the eighth year), and the annual tourism income will be 45 million yuan.

Mode of cooperation: sole proprietorship or cooperative development, the operation period can reach 30-50 years.

Geography and climate

Tianzhufeng National Forest Park is located in the southeast of Tonggu County, Jiangxi Province, which is the source of Autumn Harvest Uprising on the border of Hunan and Jiangxi. The total area of the park is 10512 square kilometers, 150 kilometers to Changsha in the west, 280 kilometers to Wuhan in the north and 120 kilometers to Yichun in the south. The argang expressway, a national key project under construction, crosses the park. The park belongs to the subtropical humid climate zone, with mild climate, abundant rainfall, four distinct seasons and long frost free period. In summer, the climate is cool and pleasant. In the hottest July, the average temperature is 23-25 ℃. It is an ideal summer resort.

Main attractions

The forest coverage rate of the county is 86.4%, ranking the first in Jiangxi Province. Rare plants are scattered all over the world, and there are many kinds of wild animals, known as "Jiangnan biological world". There are 188 species of wild animals, including 2 species of national first-class protected animals, 21 species of national second-class protected animals and 46 species of provincial protected animals; there are 534 species of native woody plants, including 13 species of national protected trees and 31 species of provincial protected trees. The park is also rich in hot spring geothermal resources, mineral resources and "cold mud" resources.

The park is composed of four scenic spots: Jiulong lake with its unique peaks and fascinating landscapes; Tonggu stone with its steep peaks and precipices; Longmen cliff with thousands of trees and flowers and swaying bamboos; Dawei Mountain with its high mountains and dense forests and misty clouds. There are 76 scenic spots, including 32 cultural spots and 44 natural scenic spots. The unique Danxia Landform in the park, through the uncanny workmanship of nature, is full of abrupt peaks, deep valleys, cool air, beautiful water and winding paths.

The unique Danxia landform has been honed and carved for several years. Everywhere, there are abrupt peaks, deep valleys, cool air, beautiful water and winding paths. "Tianzhu peak, the first peak of Xiujiang River", "Jiulong waterfall", "wanhu Chaotian", "tonggushi", "qichongmen" and other scenic spots form the framework of "green" tourism of Tianzhu peak. Here, Mao Zedong personally lit the torch of "Autumn Harvest Uprising", and the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries such as Peng Dehuai, he Changgong, song renqiong, and Xiao Ke also left their glorious footprints. A large number of provincial key cultural relics protection units, such as Autumn Harvest Uprising Memorial Hall, Mao Zedong's former residence xiaojiaci, paibu Longevity Palace, are like strings of crystal clear rubies, reflecting the "red" tourism soul of Tianzhu peak. The forest park is known as "Jiangnan biological world" because of its numerous rare plants and wild animals.

Tourism information

It is connected with national highways 320 and 105, Zhejiang Jiangxi and Beijing Kowloon railways, 180 km to Nanchang in the East, 150 km to Changsha in the west, 280 km to Wuhan in the north and 120 km to Yichun in the south.
