It is a tangible carrier to carry forward the culture of Changbai Mountain and a beautiful picture of the history of Changbai Mountain.

Here to understand the history of Changbai Mountain and feel its profound culture, we plan to build a Cultural Expo palace in the Expo City. The Cultural Expo palace will contain the geological features of Changbai Mountain, the formation of Tianchi, the virgin forest, the biological resources, the history of Changbai Mountain, and the magical legends and evolution stories left by the historical process of Changbai Mountain. Changbai Mountain culture is an important part of Chinese culture. It is the combination of material wealth, political wealth and spiritual wealth created by people of all nationalities in Changbai Mountain Area in the process of social and historical development. It is a high-level productive force.

Changbai Mountain Cultural Expo City is located in the only way from Antu county to Changbai Mountain, zero kilometers of Changming highway. In order to carry forward Changbai Mountain culture, improve its popularity, develop tourism, revitalize county economy, and realize the great leap forward development of regional economy, Changbai Mountain Culture Expo City was built in Mingyue Town, Antu County.

Changbai Mountain Culture Expo City, with its characteristics of highlighting Changbai Mountain culture, concentrates the essence of Changbai Mountain culture and displays Changbai Mountain culture in the form of tourism landscape. Changbai Mountain Cultural Expo City, with a planning area of 370000 square meters and a construction area of 230000 square meters, is composed of cultural scenic spots and folk tourist attractions. The whole project is completed in three phases. The first phase of the project, namely the main part, started in July 2003, covers an area of 70000 square meters. It is composed of theme sculpture, bronze corridor, cultural relief wall, Changbai Mountain Poetry corridor, Tingsong Pavilion, hydrophilic platform, Liu Jianfeng Memorial altar, outdoor theater, etc. It was completed in July 2004.
