Jizhi Hall
Jizhi hall, built in 1812, is an ancient residence of Huizhou merchants for more than 200 years. Although it has experienced many vicissitudes, it is still full of vitality.
Jizhi hall is located in Hongguan village, a famous Hui Mo Village. It was built by the Mo industry family. It is a three story old house with two entrances. It was built in the middle and late Qing Dynasty. It is exquisitely carved, especially with its four intact windows. The carving is lifelike, which is a fine wood carving. There are many old houses in Hongguan village. The village is simple and elegant. There is an ancient camphor at the mouth of the village. It has been more than 1000 years old and has a crown of 3 mu. It is known as "the first camphor in the south of the Yangtze River".
