Snow mountain plum garden is located in the snow mountain scenic area of Yishui County, Shandong Province, covering an area of more than 50 mu. The garden is dominated by plum, supplemented by pine, bamboo and stone, with plum culture construction as the core and plum culture stone carving art as the feature.

There are more than 70 varieties of plum blossoms, pavilions and pavilions with southern garden style, and Qushui Liuqi. At present, there are more than 2000 plum trees planted in the garden, such as green plum, white plum, pink plum, red plum, Tiaozhi plum, Chimonanthus praecox and so on, as well as ornamental plants such as pine, bamboo and willow.

"Baimeitu" Stone Gallery, inlaid with 100 fine plum paintings of 100 painters in China. In August 2001, this achievement was recognized as "the best of Guinness in the world" by Guinness headquarters in Shanghai.

The main scenic spots of Meiyuan include: baimeitu corridor, Yongmei poetry stele corridor, Yongmei couplet screen wall, Yongmei yinpu slope, Wufu Pavilion, Zhichun Pavilion, Juyue Pavilion, Tanxue bridge, Lengxiang bridge, Yinxiang floating Pavilion, zuzhongjikexuan, Yuzhao Hall (Mei Culture Exhibition Hall), meishiju, etc.

More than 1000 plum trees and more than 60 varieties are cultivated in the open field. In the early spring of every year, the red flowers are bright, the green flowers are bright, the jade is clean and the fragrance is floating, which attracts many tourists to visit the plum blossom.

There are thousands of plum blossom bonsai in the bonsai garden, which are originated from nature and higher than nature. In August 2001, "baimeitu" stone carving was recognized as the largest record in Guinness.

In April 2004, with the approval of plum blossom and Chimonanthus branch of China Flower Association, "research center of Chinese plum culture and stone carving art" was established in Xueshan plum garden. Mr. Chen Junyu, a senior academician of Chinese Academy of engineering, an international authority of Mei, and President of meihualamei branch of China Flower Association, inscribed a plaque for the center.

Snow mountain plum garden has become a famous scenic spot and research center of plum culture in Jiangbei of China.
