Chen Fuliang memorial hall is located in Chenzhai village of Tangxia office, in Yinghe park on the North Bank of Wenruitang River. It is a five room three story courtyard style antique building with a total construction area of 2000 square meters. The blue stone archway stands in front of the gate, the circular water spraying, the nine curved corridor and the pavilion near the water in the courtyard are arranged in perfect order, and the environment is elegant. There is an exhibition hall in the museum, displaying the portrait of Chen Fuliang, his life story introduction and some contemporary famous artists' ink treasures.

Chen Fuliang (1137-1203), whose name is junju, was born in Ruian Fanyou (now belonging to Luofeng Office of Tangxia town). During the Qiandao period of the Southern Song Dynasty, Jinshi had a bumpy career, but he was honest, upright and did not follow the trend. He is a famous thinker and educator in the Southern Song Dynasty. He is an important scholar of Yongjia Shigong school. He is listed in the biography of scholars in the history of Song Dynasty.

His theory of "managing the world for practical use" had an important and profound influence on the social trend of thought at that time, the academic atmosphere and social atmosphere of later generations, especially on the development of Ouyue culture. His words and deeds are widely praised and deeply missed by later generations. Sun Yiyan, a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty, wrote a couplet for the sun family ancestral school, which was "to know the ancient as if you were a king, especially to be able to write like a water heart". Chen Fuliang and Ye Shi were also used as models for students to learn from.

In order to cherish the memory of the sages, Chenzhai village of Tangxia town raised more than 2 million yuan to build the Chen Fuliang Memorial Hall in 1998. Its purpose is to make future generations inherit and carry forward the sages' sense of practical use, the spirit of independent thinking, pioneering and innovation, and the idea of being upright and concerned about the country and the people. This has not only far-reaching historical significance, but also profound practical significance. In the past five years, the village has invested more than 100000 yuan to publish the collection of Chen Fuliang's works and open up a library, which has set off a wave of reading and learning in the local area and effectively promoted the construction of civilization.
